Her mission is to work with and in companies who have the desire to create great cultures, workplaces and thrive on creating a healthy soul of themselves and their organization. Lori’s passion is to put the most effective people together in order to create and execute strategies. Having been on the inside of many different workplaces and working with thousands of people, she instantly sees patterns of behavior within an organization and integrate all components of a business together to create solutions that make good cultures even better.
