Out with the OLD. In with the NEW…

We are a collective of excellent speakers, who are sometimes exceptional. Not always, sometimes. Therefore, we prefer that our speaking model be based on performance. We don’t seek fame, we seek IMPACT.

When we are rated as “Excellent” we prefer to be compensated based on that level of speaker; whereas if we are “Exceptional” by imprinting the audience in miraculous ways, then we prefer to have our compensation be based on this being the ultimate outcome. IMPACT and compensation are in balance.

If we “bomb it”, then we will refund our travel and preparation fee, and if we are Ok to Good, then we prefer to be compensated somewhere in between “bombing” and “Exceptional”.

You decide afterwards, after we speak, once you know the outcome, then it is easy to decide how much to compensate us. All we ask is that your decision be based on deciding from your heart. This way you will comfortably and confidently know how to rate us, and know how to compensate us.

Our performance-based sliding scale is a suggested reference.

In the end, compensate us on our IMPACT, our performance, so it’s 100% up to you.
