You will be guided through traditional hatha yoga postures at a pace that works perfectly for you and your level of fitness. This session will focus on cultivating awareness within each pose as well as incorporating conscious breathing techniques for maximum rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. This class can be catered to you with meditation practices, pranayama and yin yoga options available as requested.
